How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Options

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Store Credit: If preferred, we can offer store credit for future purchases.

Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
